CAMILLA AND MARC offer complimentary standard shipping on $100 orders to addresses within Australia including PO Boxes.

Order Processing

Our dispatch team operates between business hours Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

We aim to dispatch express orders placed before 12.00pm on the same day.  During peak holiday periods, please allow an additional 1-2 days processing time on your order. 

We always prioritise shipping an order from one location; however, if this isn't possible, the order will be split between multiple dispatch locations.

Online Change Of Mind Returns Policy 

We offer change of mind returns and exchanges on eligible full-priced products subject to the following conditions:

  • For online purchases, the garment is returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Garments are in a saleable condition, i.e. clean, tags attached, in original condition. Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted.
  • Garments were full price when purchased (i.e. not marked down or marked ‘final sale’).
  • Garments are full priced at the time of return.
  • Shoes: Please try on all footwear on a carpeted surface before general wear. Returns of footwear will not be accepted if the product has scuff marks or the original shoe box is damaged.

  • Ensure you bring your order confirmation email with you for proof of purchase.
  • Your return will be assessed and, if passed, will be reversed onto your original form of payment or exchanged.

Via Pre-Paid Label: Australia Post
  • Return through your local Australia Post office (over 4,400 locations).
  • $10 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the return shipping label.

Store Purchases

Change of mind boutique purchases can only be returned to a CAMILLA AND MARC boutique for an exchange or credit note. The garment must be returned within 7 days of purchase. In store purchases cannot be returned to the CAMILLA AND MARC Online Store. If an item is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as expected, CAMILLA AND MARC will offer to repair, replace, or refund the value paid for the item.

Refunds

Refunds are reversed onto the original form of payments, e.g. Afterpay account or credit card used. Depending on your credit card provider, refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank statement. The total amount of the refund will be minus any shipping charges (we do not refund the shipping fee). $10 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the return shipping label. 

Credit Notes

Credit notes are vaild for 1 year from the date of issue. Credit notes can be used online or in any standalone CAMILLA AND MARC boutique. Credit notes cannot be transferred for cash or used to buy gift cards.

Exchange

Exchanges are subject to availability once your return arrives at our dispatch facility. Exchanges can only be made for items of the same value as your original purchase. If your exchange is time sensitive, we recommend repurchasing the correct size and returning the original order for a refund. Return shipping labels for exchanges are free of charge for eligible items. All exchanges are final and can only be made once. 

Cancellations

If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. Please note orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. During promotional periods we can't cancel orders due to the volume of orders.

Sale Items

All marked down or sale items are 'final sale' by default. These items are priced to clear and are not eligible for change of mind returns, in line with our store policy. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as expected, CAMILLA AND MARC will offer to repair, replace, or refund the value paid for the item.

Faulty Items

We are committed to honouring our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Colours

CAMILLA AND MARC have made every effort to correctly display the colours of our products on our eBoutique. However, due to the fact that we use flash photography, as well as the inevitable variances between computer monitors, we cannot guarantee that your device will display a colour which is completely accurate.
