OUR JOURNEY

CAMILLA AND MARC is a family business and as our family has expanded and our children have grown, we have come to more fully appreciate how profoundly our actions today impact future generations and we feel inspired to use our platform to create meaningful and long-lasting change. The fashion industry is wreaking harm on the planet and its inhabitants, and we have made a decision; to change or to stop.

We are driven by an absolute devotion to quality, producing collections inspired by timeless simplicity and always in celebration of women and our community.

​Our focus lies in creating pieces that stand the test of time, and encourage our customers to care for their garments for longer, so that they can be passed onto future generations, with love.

Our vision for a more sustainable future centres around our belief in building a circular fashion system, where products and materials are selected for their longevity, responsibility and utmost quality in order to be worn for longer, re-used and re-circulated for as long as possible.

OUR PACKAGING SYSTEM

Our online and boutique packaging has been updated to ensure that all gift boxes are made from FSC Certified materials and are completely recyclable.

CAMILLA AND MARC Offer two packaging options for all orders:

Eco Friendly Packaging: For a more discreet or sustainable option, you can receive your purchases wrapped in tissue and placed in a FSC-certified, recyclable, brown kraft box.

Signature Gift Wrapping : Our Signature Gift Box is ideal for a gifts or to use as a keepsake. Made from FSC-certified and recycled materials. Once the magnets are removed the box can be recycled.

Shoes and larger items are placed in a reusable Signature Garment Bag or Dust Bag.

We offer two packaging options at checkout.

So far the store has generated more energy from solar panels than it has consumed over the same period of time.

Since 2021/22 CAMILLA AND MARC have installed solar panels in all standalone buildings and stores where possible.

A TRENCH FOR THE FUTURE

Today, we are proud to highlight that all CAMILLA AND MARC classic trench coats have been carefully crafted using 100% recycled fabrics, in the main fabric and lining.

This progress signifies our broader commitment to increasing the use of responsibly sourced and certified recycled materials in our design process. Our team is dedicated to this commitment early in the design phase, as referenced in our official Designer's Manifesto, released as part of our Sustainability Progress report in 2022 to ensure we can make an impact where it counts the most.

CAMILLA AND MARC trench coats are carefully crafted with longevity in mind and the intention of being passed down to future generations. The classic trench coat is designed in three silhouettes in varying lengths and styles, each as individual as the woman they are designed for. Classic trench coats are defined by elevated details including shoulder epaulettes, belted cuffs, storm flaps, and removable belts.

1.68M RAISED FOR OVARIAN CANCER RESEARCH

As part of its commitment to people and women’s health, CAMILLA AND MARC has raised a cumulative $1.68 million via the OVARIES. TALK ABOUT THEM campaign in a bid to find an early detection test for ovarian cancer in the next 2 years, together with Associate Professor Caroline Ford at the Ovarian Cancer Research Centre, UNSW Sydney. ​The money we’ve raised for the ‘Ovaries. Talk About Them’ campaign is helping progress the development of an early detection test which is vital to improving survival rates for women with ovarian cancer. It has enabled the UNSW Ovarian Cancer Research lab to take on two female scientists whose sole focus is early detection. To be able to concentrate on this one vital area is a privilege and we are so grateful that the funds have allowed them to continue this incredibly important work. The outlook is extremely positive.  

Our Target: Early Detection Test Trials for Ovarian Cancer conducted by 2025 via UNSW Ovarian Cancer Research Centre.
