Online Returns

We only offer returns and exchanges on full priced products purchased online subject to the following conditions:

  • The garment is returned within 14 days of receiving your order. 
  • Garments are in a saleable condition, i.e. clean, tags attached, in original condition. Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted. 

Exceptions:

  • Sale Items: The CAMILLA AND MARC eBoutique does not accept returns (refund or exchange) on any sale items unless deemed faulty. 
  • Jewellery: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for earrings. 
  • Swimwear: Please wear undergarments when trying on swimwear and do not remove the plastic protective film. Returns of swimwear will not be accepted if this film has been removed or the garment has been soiled. 
  • Shoes: Please try on all footwear on a carpeted surface before general wear. Returns of footwear will not be accepted if the product has scuff marks or the original show box is damaged. 
 
Your Return Options Steps
Returns Via Post

Return or exchange an item purchased online via post to the CAMILLA AND MARC Head Office:

1.   Read the CAMILLA AND MARC Returns Policy below to ensure your return is eligible. 

2.   Contact our Customer Care team (via email, phone or chat) to request a Returns Authorisation number.

3.   Note your Returns Authorisation number on your invoice (received with your order) and return the item to:

We recommend using a registered and trackable method of return shipment and note we do not accept liability for lost returns. Please note, we do not cover return postage costs.

FREE Returns To A Boutique

Return or exchange an item purchased online for FREE at any one of our boutiques:

1.   Read the CAMILLA AND MARC Returns Policy below to ensure your return is eligible. 

2.   Visit your nearest CAMILLA AND MARC boutique and ensure you bring your order confirmation email with you for proof of purchase.

3.   Your return will be assessed and, if passed, will be reversed onto your original form of payment or exchanged.  

 

Store Returns

Please choose carefully as we only offer credit notes or exchanges on full priced items purchased in boutiques subject to the following conditions:

  • The garment is returned within 7 days of purchase and be accompanied by a receipt.
  • Garments are in a saleable condition, i.e. clean, tags attached, in original condition. Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted.
  • The following items are non-exchangeable: lingerie, swimwear, shoes, jewellery or sale items.

Please note, credit notes are valid for 1 year & gift vouchers for 3 years

 

Refunds

Refunds are reversed onto the original form of payments, i.e. Afterpay account or credit card used. Depending on your credit card provider, refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank statement. The total amount of the refund will be minus any shipping charges (we do not refund the shipping fee).

 

Exchange

Exchanges are subject to availability at once your return arrives at our head office. Exchanges can be made for items of the same value of your original purchase. 

 

Sale Items

The CAMILLA AND MARC eBoutique does not accept returns (refund or exchange) on any sale items unless deemed faulty. We kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase. 

The CAMILLA AND MARC eBoutique does accept returns (refunds) for any purchases made during the Vogue Online Shopping Night should the item normally be full-priced. 

 

Warehouse Sale

Warehouse sale period is between Thursday 26 March - Sunday 29 March 2020. Discounted prices are shown as marked. 

Items purchased during this promotion are subject to our Sale Returns Conditions: 

  • Discount cannot be retrospectively applied to previous orders.
  • The CAMILLA AND MARC eboutique does not accept returns (refund or exchange) on any sale items unless deemed faulty.
 

Cancellations

If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. Please note that orders which have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. 

Faulty Items

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Please contact our Customer Care team at online@camillaandmarc.com to notify us of any issue and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible. 

Colours

CAMILLA AND MARC have made every effort to correctly display the colours of our products on our eBoutique. However, due to the fact that we use flash photography, as well as the inevitable variances between computer monitors, we cannot guarantee that your device will display a colour which is completely accurate.  

Swimwear

Pricing

All pricing is made in Australian dollars (AUD).

Alternative currencies can be viewed by changing the region in the top corner.  We also offer currency views in USD, GBP, EUR, JPY and HKD (set by Webservicex).

All payments are billed in AUD.  Currency conversions are set by your bank and any further charges in relation to this will be made by your bank.

AfterPay allows you to complete your purchase now and make equal fortnightly payments.

Purchases can be made using AfterPay for values up to $1,200 

AfterPay customers must; be over 18 years of age, have an Australian residential address and have a debit or credit card.

When completing a purchase using AfterPay for the first time you will be charged for your first instalment immediately. If you are an existing AfterPay customer your first instalment will be charged to you 14 days after the date of purchase. Once your purchase is complete a payment schedule will be provided to you.

Gift Cards

To purchase a gift card online, choose the value of the gift card and we’ll deliver it to the recipient via email with a personalised message from you. Please note, the email is delivered immediately.

You are welcome to use your gift card online. Simply select the item/s you wish to purchase and add to your shopping bag. When you are on the ‘Bag’ page, you have the option of entering your gift card number.

CAMILLA AND MARC gift cards:

  • are valid for 3 years from date of purchase

  • can be redeemed online or in a CAMILLA AND MARC boutique

  • are non-transferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash

CAMILLA AND MARC is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us.

CAMILLA AND MARC uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from CAMILLA AND MARC only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer.
