The CAMILLA AND MARC eBoutique ships to most locations in the world, and shipping is complimentary for all Australian orders over $500.


We ship all domestic orders via Australia Post eParcel which offers a 1-3 business days service. To see the anticipated delivery service for your location, please click here.

All orders placed before 2pm are shipped that afternoon, or the following business day if purchased on the weekend or a public holiday.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $12 and all orders over $500 receive complimentary shipping.

All deliveries must be signed for upon arrival. If you are not available, Australia Post will leave your parcel at the closest Australia Post Office. Unfortunately we do not offer an "Authority To Leave" option. 

Please be advised that there may be a delay of 1 - 2 business day delay during extremely busy periods, such as sale. 


Orders are shipped via UPS. You can choose: one or two options

UPS Worldwide Express  2-3 business days for orders made before 2pm AEST
UPS Express Saver 3-5 business days for orders made before 2pm AEST

Shipping prices are set by UPS and are quoted at the checkout.

Our international shipping prices includes custom duties and taxes; customers are not charged upon delivery.

We accept refunds on all full-priced purchases when a Returns Authorisation (RA) number is granted and the garment is returned within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Returns must be sent to the CAMILLA AND MARC head Office and will not be accepted in boutiques. 

Garments must be returned in a saleable condition i.e. clean, tags attached, in original packaging. 

Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washes will not be accepted. 

Returns process

Please follow the below steps to return a purchase:

  1. Read the CAMILLA AND MARC eBoutique Returns Policy below to ensure your return is eligible. 
  2. Contact our Customer Care team (via email, phone or chat) to request a Returns Authorisation number.
  3. Note your Returns Authorisation number on your invoice (received with your order) and return the item to:

    We recommend using a registered and trackable method of return shipment and note we do not accept liability for lost returns. 
  4. Your return will be assessed and, if passed, will be reversed onto your original form of payment.  


Refunds are reversed onto the original form of payment i.e. PayPal account or credit card used.

Depending on your credit card provider, refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank statement.

The total amount of the refund will be minus any shipping charges. 


At this point in time, we do not offer an exchange service in the traditional sense. As we dispatch and deliver so quickly, it is simply easier to return your original order for a refund and make a new purchase. 

Sale Items

The CAMILLA AND MARC eBoutique does not accept returns (refund or exchange) on any sale items unless deemed faulty. We kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase. 

The CAMILLA AND MARC eBoutique does accept returns (refunds) for any purchases made during the Vogue Online Shopping Night should the item normally be full-priced. 


If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. Please note that orders which have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. 

Faulty Items

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] to notify us of any issue and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible. 


CAMILLA AND MARC have made every effort to correctly display the colours of our products on our eBoutique. However, due to the fact that we use flash photography, as well as the inevitable variances between computer monitors, we cannot guarantee that your device will display a colour which is completely accurate.  


Please wear under garments when trying on swimwear and do not remove the plastic protective film. Returns of swimwear will not be accepted if this film has been removed or the garment has been soiled. 


Please try on all footwear on a carpeted surface before general wear. Returns of footwear will not be accepted if the product has scuff marks or the original show box is damaged. 


Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for earrings.



All pricing is made in Australian dollars (AUD).

Alternative currencies can be viewed by changing the region in the top corner.  We also offer currency views in USD, GBP, EUR, JPY and HKD (set by Webservicex).

All payments are billed in AUD.  Currency conversions are set by your bank and any further charges in relation to this will be made by your bank.
