Shipping & Returns
The CAMILLA AND MARC eBoutique ships to most locations in the world, and shipping is free for all Australian orders over $500.
Orders are shipped via TNT for a flat rate of $12, and all orders over $500 receive free shipping. All parcels require signature upon delivery.
All orders are shipped within 24 business hours and customers will be notified when their order is dispatched. We recommend placing your order before 2pm to ensure your order is dispatched on the same day.
Unfortunately CAMILLA AND MARC are unable to ship to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Please be advised that there may be a delay of 1 - 2 business days during extremely busy periods, such as sale.
Orders are shipped via UPS. You can choose:

Shipping prices for all international orders are set by UPS and are quoted at checkout. Signature is required upon delivery.

We are happy to provide you with a refund for an online full priced purchase only when a Returns Authorisation (RA) number is granted and garments are received back within 14 days of receiving your order. Garments must be returned in a saleable condition (all tags need to remain attached and items must be returned with original packaging). We suggest that all garments are tried on by you on receipt so that return can be fulfilled within our policy timeframe. Please contact us either by phone or email if you would like further assistance with sizing as specific measurements can be provided upon request.
Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted. All full priced e-boutique garments must be returned to our head office, not in-store.
Please be advised that the CAMILLA AND MARC eBoutique does not offer returns or exchanges on any sale/discounted items, unless deemed faulty. We kindly ask that you consider your items carefully before making a purchase as we do not accept returns for incorrect sizing or change of mind.
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges in the traditional sense at this point in time. As we dispatch and deliver so quickly, it is quicker and easier to place a second order for the right style, colour or size. Then, just treat your original order as a standard return and you will be refunded as normal (minus shipping cost).

We do apologise for any inconvenience a faulty garment may cause and will refund at our discretion for any items deemed faulty. Please note that garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
When trying on swimwear please ensure that you have appropriate undergarments and do not remove the plastic protective film. Swimwear returns will not be accepted if this film has been removed or the garment has been soiled.
Please try on shoes on a carpeted surface before general wear. Please be aware that shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original shoe box as this is considered to be part of the product.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for earrings.

Customers are liable for postage costs when posting back items for an exchange.
All accepted returns refunds are applied to the original card or account of purchase. Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete. This can vary greatly between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
The total amount of the purchase will be refunded less taxes, duties and shipping charges.
We would like to make it as easy as possible for you to make a return or exchange. Please request a Returns Authorisation number by contacting email@example.com or calling us on +612 9358 5177 (between 9-5pm Sydney EST) within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please confirm whether you wish to exchange for an alternate size or return as a refund. We will then email you with a Returns Authorisation number. This is to be recorded on your Returns Proforma and sent back along with your unwanted garment(s) to the following address:CAMILLA AND MARC

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange this if the order has not yet been shipped.
All pricing is made in Australian dollars (AUD).

All payments are billed in AUD. Currency conversions are set by your bank and any further charges in relation to this will be made by your bank.

CAMILLA AND MARC is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us.
